If you pointed realistic looking toy guns at people in a populated area and then at a cop, you would be somewhat responsible for your actions as well. There are other factors that make this situation terrible like the no treatment and cops history, but the kid still has to have some accountability for his actions.

Then you're a dumbass whose parents should have raised better. If at any age, you felt going through a park aiming at people with what looks to be a real gun, then pulling it on policemen, you have terrible parent(s) and are just generally stupid/mentally handicapped.
