my dad has a vehicle that his employee drives and she's gotten two of these tickets. i watched the video and it's so nitpicky.. it's like going 5 mph over the speed limit.

the problem is my dad keeps being responsible for the ticket, whereas if an actual officer pulled her over.. she would get the ticket.. you know.. for being the driver.. this is what upsets me.. my dad is responsible for paying her driving ticket, and on the video you can't even make out who is driving, but we know it was her because of the time stamp.

it sucks, because even though we know it was her.. my dad isn't going to hold her responsible. because he's a nice guy..

i've heard that some courts won't recognize photo enforced tickets because of a few reasons.. one mainly because you didn't sign off on it or even decline to sign for it.. so some courts won't recognize it. idk. i think it's bogus because they hold the owner responsible.. and you can't always tell who was responsible behind the wheel..

Definitely a legal factor for dismissal

No different than a parking ticket. No one signs for those. Goes to the owner of the vehicle.

Sounds like you have racked up a few photo-enforced tickets.
