not sure, but the one in that movie poster above actually would be a fresh and unique take on them, meaning it would never happen in today's world of cinema. Could be a good horror/comedy.

True but it would be nice for the scripts to not be shite and the actors to pretend like they give a damn.
Straight up worst performances of Jason Lee's career are all from those flicks. He's horrible in them.
I mean shite, most of us grew up with them so a little effort might have made those movies cross over to adult audiences which would have boosted profits.
