Were you on Fleet? My wife has an old eccentric cousin on Fleet. Nice guy but he's a strange cat.

Does he ride in a scooter chair and have a little dog? If so, your description is spot on.

We live on Blecker and really like it. Great location, convenient to anywhere in town. Quiet neighborhood. You asked about the extra patrols- we passed a crime prevention district a coupe years back its about $100/yr if I remember right. It is assessed with your property taxes so everyone pays. Lots of young families moving in. Quite a fewhouses are still owned by the original owners and many more are owned by people who have moved within the neighborhood or who grew up here and have moved back with their own families.

If you have school age children, either be able to get them into magnet/gifted schools or be prepared to pay for private, but that's the majority of EBR.

Bottom line- you can do a whole lot worse in finding a neighborhood to live in.

Nah he doesn't ride a scooter but he probably has them running on remote control around the inside of his house.

If I remember correctly Dale Brown lived on Blecker before they moved to Walden. The MacMurdo's did too.
