And in Bossier, for a great Chinese lunch, go to the Lucky Palace.
Also in Bossier, Don Juan's makes amazing fish tacos.

Dang no love for Cush's yet?
Jacquelyn's for clam chowder.
Julie Ann's has a Bosnian/Serbian delicacy called Cevapcici that is definitely worth trying- get the roasted potatoes on the side. The other stuff on the menu is really good, too. Save room for dessert.
Pita de Novo for Greek
Danh's Garden & Noodle House for pho and Thai
Poboy Express for a good sandwich
The new owner should do well at the old Real Pickle location- I never found the service to be all that great, but it was way worse once Monsour sold it. I have high hopes for the new restaurant.

Kim's Seafood in Bossier City
Probably the best shrimp and soft shelled crab poboys in Bossier. They get their French bread from New Orleans. They were originally in the New Orleans area but were displaced to Bossier by Katrina.
NVM, your're from Crowley. You can get all of that that you would want down there.

Silver Star in Bossier is my favorite. Great atmosphere too. Superior is an obvious one. Oyster Bar is another place to try if you've never been.
Marilyn's Place and Rollin in the Dough have a more mom and pop feel but are legit.

Order the Chilean Sea Bass. Not on the menu but it is top notch.
Also, avoid these terrible recommendations...especially Deli Casino
