Blows my mind this program cannot recruit even a middle of the pack QB.

Harris has more talent in his left arm than Jacob Coker has in his entire body.

Recruiting isn't the problem. It's all development.

THe excuse-makers will tell you our offense is so complex that it can only be mastered by a Jr or Sr. That's nonsense, of course.

Other QBs play well immediately.
It's not the staff; it's the years.

Mett struggled his JR year

Mett struggled the month of Oct. in his Jr. yr. Other than for that one month, he played some damn good football at LSU.

Harris seemed to be coming into his own till Bama. I don't know what happened him to him after that.

I still have high hope for him in his Jr. year. There is a long list of good SEC QBs who had problems in their 1st yr as a starter in this conference.

It's also hard to come back from a significant deficit when the running game is your bread and butter. 14 points feels like 35.
Agreed. With this system, there appears to be less margin for error. Personally, I would just love to see some tweeks that maximize the strengths of the current roster.
