I'm a bowtie guy myself, I'm saying they have BAD dash issues on GM trucks.

I too am interested in the Colorado.

I have a midsize truck now, I think I am qualified to speak on mid-sized trucks. I'm not trying to troll him away from a Chevy. My mom has a Chevy Cuze and loves it, my sister has an Equinox and hates it. I know they can have issues, but all cars do. My point earlier was that Toyota has less of these issues. While the dahs and interior may be all thick cheap plastic on the Taco, I've NEVER seen cracked or worn out dashes in a Tacoma.

I've owned three gmc trucks dating back to the 90's and my wife drove GMC Acadia for six years. I didn't have a cracked dash.

The Acadia was the 2007 and last gmc we had. The only interior issues it had in over 100,000 miles was paint wearing off some of the buttons inside. I've seen that problem on every model of vehicle thou so it's not that big a deal.

i got ya. fwiw i have never seen one in a gm vehicle (and i've been in hundreds) i see how the old ones could have cracked tho. they were really hard plastic, unlike most modern dashes that are a softer texture.

only cracked dash i've ever seen was in a 90's dodge ram
