I'm cool with giving o a raise. I doubt he goes to usc after the denial of the head coaching job

O should get a raise. But no way he goes to USC after Hayden shat on him.

if they offer him a little more and a 4 year guarantee he's gone. we he only has 1 year left on his contract here and we have the miles clause. same way we lost chief.

Exactly. Hayden treated him like shite & Coach O let him know how he felt. He may leave LSU but it will only be for a HC job. His family is too well entrenched in La. now to consider packing up & moving across the country for a lateral move.

He may only be signed through 2016 but no coach whether it's Miles or anyone else is going to want to get rid of O. Only way he leaves is by his own choice

No way, unless they pay Ed 3 million. AFter Orgeron did better than Helton as interim and did not get the job, this is a huge reach. Can't blame him for trying though.

No matter who the coach is O can be at LSU as long as he wants.

This. Any potential new head coach would be a fool not to keep him for both his D Line coaching and his recruiting.

I say we guarantee O head coach when Les goes(after next year), fire Alleva and persuade Skip to take over as Interim AD for a year, then make Les AD.

Les works with O to get his Assts here for an easy transition(as in, who are his preferred OC and DC).

That's how you roll.
