I'm not going to defend or chastise anyone posting info during a time of so much uncertainty. I didn't read/don't remember everything he wrote. But I will say this....maybe he thought he had a very good source and his source was not as connected as he thought. Or maybe he was just trolling the board the whole time. 
Bottom line: It appeared that Miles was going to be fired going into the game and the decision to keep him was made DURING the game.

The amount of smugness with people who guessed about how this would play out and were right is incredible. Newsflash: you didn't "know shite" either. This clearly was a possibility and someone pulled the plug.
Calling it a "done deal" was a mistake on his part, obviously. But the I-told-you-so crowd around here is far worse than any trolling that may or may not have happened.

The more I read the more I believe it was a done deal and King didn't want to fork out the money/and or Jimbo backed out. I'm not sure why we burn DALSU at the stake for posting what was actually going on.
It is another reason not to go purely off what you read here and just wait for things to happen.

Because what he posted was wrong. It's not a done deal if all the admin isn't on board. HE also posted about who the new staff would be, when announcements would be made etc. None of those details can exist without everyone being on board first. The guy was full of shite.

Well yeah, he deserves some flak. There is no done deal until they're holding the press conference, and sometimes not even then (Billy Donovan). Coaches/schools can and do pull out of deals all the time.
If someone with some third-party information comes on here and wants to share what's going on, at least leave yourself some wiggle room.

I just read your post again. I agree to post about the staff being put together was ridiculous. Not sure why anyone would believe that.
There WAS a deal. I believe King and Jimbo/Sexton changed that during the week.
What DALSU should of done was stopped while he was ahead.
I didn't invest in him so I'm not that mad that throwing him to the wolves will change anything.
It should teach everyone not to believe everything you read here. With that said it sucks because there are people who do know people around here and it diminishes their credibility now.

I think we get it. Are you looking for an award? I mean he was right about a deal with Jimbo being made from the get. He should of stopped there. He kept going because he believed his sources who I think we're getting partial information. It wasn't all a lie like you're trying to make it out to be.
