i doubt we could even get him after this. why would he leave Hermans side to come to LSU for one year (potentially). being the one to finally turn around the LSU offense would make him a legend but at this point ive had all hope ripped out of me.

OK, here's the plan: Applewhite OC next year, then at the end of next year, Les retires, and Tom Hermann comes over from U of Houston.

You guys are f**king hilarious and stupid.

He was one of the main components in getting Mack Brown fired.

Our fans really do want to be Texas.

OK, one last time for those who still don't get it. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO THE OC IS. AS LONG AS MILES IS COACH, THE OFFENSE WILL BE DEPLORABLE.

At this point all you're doing is maintaining your frustration. A change will not be made a this point. You've got to let it go man at least for now.

Right or not, to keep harping on this will help nothing.

No up and coming OC with a bright future will actually come here to kill their careers.

Being Les Miles OC is career suicide at this point.

I doubt that he'd prefer to come to LSU to be Coach M's OC.

He's not coming here to run Les Miles' offense when he can run a fun offense at Houston. LSU OC is where OC careers come to die.

Not sure he's earned the rep to get in a power struggle with Miles

There is no power struggle the "Miles Men" have insured it will be the same shite, if any OC comes with any other agenda they are surely dumb to start with

Being Miles' OC is akin to career suicide. No way that Applewhite takes such a risk.

Put yourself in Applewhite's shoes. He can stay by side of one of the hottest up & coming coaches right now, or accept a job at LSU, the graveyard of OCs. No way would I accept LSU. He might even get the Houston HC job when Herman leaves.
