That was the absolute worst weather I've ever watched a game in. It doesn't excuse OSU for not running the god damn ball more, but them not playing well on offense overall somewhat makes senese

Now you guys think you should have ran it more? I thought the problem was Tim Beck didn't dial up more of those throws that were working so well? What will the next excuse be? Will Ohio State find a way to lobby the NCAA to make their loss to MSU actually count as a win since they only got out-gained 294-132 in yards and 17-5 in first downs while walking arse-backwords into free points to make it close because hey, it could have been worse right?

Osu only looked good 2 games this year. This week and vs Hawaii. Since they have usually played bad this year,I would take Clemson easily.
Wow,cant believe one game changes people's view on a team that has struggled all year and lost at home last week

They only looked good in 2 games? On the season OSU has the 3rd highest margin of victory in the country.

If every team in the country plays their absolutely best game.

1) Oklahoma
2) Bama
3) OSU
4) Clemson

Everybody else.

Firmly disagree with this simply because we have the best QB. Clemson's A+ game has been as dominant or more so than anyone in the country's.

When you have the best player at the most valuable position, your team has the highest ceiling.

Of course OSU should have run it more with their best player, who only got 12 touches. I mean there is no debate about that

I said it didn't excuse OSU's play, but you must be a troll

Well, it worked for fricking Alabama so why shouldn't it work for Ohio State?

Bama, winner of Clemson and unc, big 10 champ, and Oklahoma should be the final 4. Period. Osu is the 3rd best team in their conference. They shouldn't be mentioned for playoffs

Osu has ONE win vs a top 25 team. Lol. And they have looked ugly vs unranked teams all year

So Bama doesn't even need to win next week? Dumbass. Ohio State is at worst the second best team in the best conference. Suck it up, it's gonna be awhile.

Clemson would skull drag Ohio State. Clemson is actually pretty good.

The more interesting question is whether Ohio State would beat Ole Miss if they were to meet in a hypothetical bowl game.

I say yes.

Yeah, they sure have looked ugly against all those unranked teams. BTW, five of the above teams scored a garbage TD at the end of the game.

Here's a teams games against unranked opponents for comparison.

37-10 home
34-0 home
38-10 away
27-14 home
41-23 away
19-14 home
31-6 away
56-6 home
29-13 away

So what exactly is your point because it looks like this team has struggled at least as much with unranked opponents as Ohio State has.
