It will be interesting. His first senior level coaching job in a league he has zero experience with and probably doesn't know a lot about.
Also a league not set up like traditional ones he is used to. He didn't light the world on fire coaching the EDS, so who knows.

He should have some familiarity with NYCFC's roster since it'll be made, in part, by man city youth players.

I'm aware, I was being semi-sarcastic. The whole team obviously isn't DPs and MCFC youth players.It's those guys + Louisiana's own Patrick Mullinc

I expect them to be better as they should have all of their players together for a full season. Moreover, they will have some games playing together behind them so they should gel further as a team.
However, as the other poster stated, unless the defense improves they will be in for another tough season. And then perhaps they will go through two managers in two years.
