T-Bob gets it. Its the OL people! They just got dominated and were not mentally and physically prepared to deal with what they were facing with. More so mental IMHO. Nothing seriously wrong with our D. They have weaknesses like all units. But that is not why we lost. TOP stats tells it all

If T-bob is correct that means the 1/9 game was lost because of our OLine. Total BS. We ran out of spread against Auburn and were very unpredictable!! If we ran the same style of offense. Last night we could have moved the ball consistently against Bama!

So why we're they not mentally ready? Whose fault is that? 2 weeks to prepare and they aren't ready? What did Less do to force their defense to defend the whole field?

The maybe we should start laying blame at the General Manager, the guy who is responsible for bringing in these athletes that can't compete with BAMA!! What's his name again?

Fournette knew it, too. You could see it in his eyes.

You can't change style mid season, so there has to be some systemic change to the offense. I'm not saying get away from power running game. But, adding the capability of adjusting to a team like Bama to keep them honest is essential.

When the defense can match a hat on a hat and then fill the gaps with other defenders, there will be problems. Other teams that try this get run the hell over by LSU. Bama is just as strong though. There have to be plays in the playbook in that formation that make Bama account for something other than "give the ball to 7." When they know what's coming, they'll stop anybody. With any other team, LSU outmans the defense. Bama is too strong to do that.

Sooooo it's not the coaches job to make in-game adjustments when something isn't working? it's the players job?

We had 9 yards of total offense in the 3rd quarter. I guess the players didn't draw up the correct halftime adjustments
