TCU has been on the outside looking in before. They're trying to leave no doubt in people's minds that they are worthy. The reality is voters are people too, and they can get caught up in emotion. Seeing TCU beating teams by 50 week in and week could possibly help them. I don't blame them.

Because they didn't win their conference. Not because they didn't look good. They lost head to head to Baylor the other 1 loss big 10 team. In everyone's mind that made parlor the conference champs. big 10 tries that BS co-champs thing when it looked like Ohio State or FSU might lose or get left out.

Correct.
It's not that they're trying to pad Boykin's stats, they're trying to make their wins as impressive as possible to impress the committee and get in the playoff, after getting left out last year.
I don't blame them one bit.

Won't matter...they have at least one, likely two ,losses on the way.
