I personally have zero doubts about your height and weight. My guess is you're thin with some muscle but potentially on the lanky side. Not a terrible thing, but the HIIT workouts (done right) will help you become leaner and best yet, more proficient in regular daily life.

If you're interested in learning more, I will email you my trainers info and how he does things. I've been with him for five years and have changed my body (eating and drinking at lsu ruined it) and outlook on fitness.
