Looking for about 18 TX rig decoy weights. Im not against DIY if I can save some change. Is there a pre-made brand that has a nice price?

If you're looking for just the weights, check eBay
It's crazy though. You can find swivels, line, and crimps for next to nothing and then you get raped on lead
Here's one example:

Problem is sometimes the weights you buy don't fit the line too well. I had to drill some out one time.

Weights are the expensive part. Old ball bearings

If you're gonna make them yourself, bring a short piece of line with you when you go buy the weights and test the openings to see if it'll slide up and down your line.
I used 2oz egg sinkers for my teal dekes this season (which are admittedly very small dekes) but they worked fine in some pretty damn windy conditions. I rigged up some 3oz weights for my regular dekes but haven't tried them out yet.
The sinkers I got at academy only slid onto the line about 50% of the time. The ones I got at superior were perfect tho.

Academy seems to be the cheapest. They go on sale every now and then. Not sure the brand, but they work fine.
