The layout of the neighborhoods and the quality of construction are going to cause a lot of problems for the medium and long term value of neighborhoods in Livingston.

They need sign restrictions, stricter codes, and much tighter zoning.

And making sure the councilmen do not get their backdoor payments for allowing builders to ignore said restrictions, codes and zoning then later blaming said builders for not building up to code when they allowed it in the first place (i.e. the building of the roads which are crumbling less than 5-10 years after they were built)

The real problems starts with the council in Livingston Parish, which may be the most corrupt I have ever seen and that says a lot considering I know John Delgado.
