Who in Lafayette owns the BttF Delorean?

I saw that last night while I was driving home. It's all decked out with the movie props - wires and coils on the outside and the antennae thing on the roof. It looks exactly like Marty's time machine.
Anyone know who that is?

He was just in town for the Realtors Association Gumbo Cook-off (only had 2 good cups of gumbo if anyone was wondering. Nothing compared to the Stone Energy Cook-off). Dude wouldn't let anyone touch it and wore a shirt that said "My other car is a time machine."
