Mine was a slow build over about 5 hours until finally it hits like a mutherfricker. Mine felt like someone was stabbing a dull serrated Rambo knife in my lower back for about 3 hours straight. Luckily mine was small enough to pass but enough pain that I was ready to leave this life.
