Yeah, not all situations are the same. Miles was at 58% before he came to LSU. I think he has won 78% of his games at LSU. Kids want to come to LSU and you have a lot more talent to recruit from in this area. If Bo was successful at a school not focused on football, he most likely would have been much more successful at LSU.

Right. Also consider the Bear era was winding down at Bama and Dye didn't arrive at Auburn until a year later. Dooley won the NC at UGA in '80, but the window was open for Bo to build something there if he had a fast start.
