Best Deer Processing - Baton Rouge Area

Gearing up to make our yearly meat run to West Texas and haven't been impressed with last few processors we used. Any solid recommendations in the BTR area? No sausage but mainly steaks, tenderloins and roasts. Typically back with Axis, Red Stag/Elk.

Cookshack in Livingston. Good people and can do pretty much anything you want. I know they've handled many different exotics also.

Not sure about roasts and all that, but Days in Watson makes some damn good deer burritos.

I've used cookshack for several years now. Not one complaint.
