Just curious what all the creative ways people set up a TV to watch other games before going into the stadium? Computers, generators, etc....

TV with a generator and either a portable DTV or Dish satellite and receiver.

Streamed from iPhone hotspot to my tablet then micro HDMI to HDMI cable to TV. For whatever reason, my smart TV could not connect to the phone hotspot. Despit all that, it looked really great. Did not use as much data as I thought.

you could just put an amazon firestick, roku streaming stick, or chromecast device into the hdmi spot on your tv and usb for power on the back on the tv and stream watchespn to your tv like that if there is wifi available.. or you have unlimited data plan on your phone and can set up a wifi connection from it..
maybe..
maybe..

Data streaming on campus gets too congested and you eventually lose the capacity to stream and watch.
If you want to be safe, a satellite and HDTV antenna is the only way to go.

Just bring a TV and some rabit ears (or digital box). You'll be able to pick up the A&M/Bama game and the ABC game that comes on at 11.

You can also just use a HD antenna to get the major networks. Most TV's have HD tuners.

I use an RCA antenna (old school bunny ears type) and catch like 25 channels. Then I stream from my phone to chromecast. I have dish anywhere. Just keep my phone on charging.

With the amount of people that will be on campus this weekend, streaming from your phone will not be very reliable. We did it for the McNeese tailgate and worked fine. For Auburn, it wouldn't work for more than 15 seconds at a time.
You will need satellite. Or if you have friends to tailgate close to you with satellite, you can get a splitter but will only be able to watch what they are watching.

The tailgater package that dish offers is really nice. No hassle of having to set it up. You just need a tv and a generator

I've heard the hotspot is fairly unreliable.

Yes, but for the love of God, leave the 5000w behemoth at home to run one TV...
