Oh, believe me. I've been told all about it. But that's where this shite gets scary. I had a friend once bring home a girl who was clearly HAMMERED. Nothing she said made sense.. she couldn't comprehend anything I said to her.. etc. He was sober when we arrived at the bar and he first met this chick (he met her because her drunken self just started randomly talking to him). Yes, he ended up getting pretty hammered before the physical act occurred, but he knew he was taking home that low hanging fruit long before he got drunk.
That's where the area becomes really gray for me. A man should never be charged with rape for having mutually drunk sex with someone.. but what about if the situation was like the one I just described?
