It should be. It makes too much sense. If Tennessee would get upset about Houston using the same colors, they could at least change the name and keep their current colors. Just, please, get rid of Texans.

It would be awesome, but the Titans own that, i don't think that wil change, sucks, cause those old school unis were sweet!

I'm sure this would be a talking point (I remember Al Davis wanted to block the Panthers from having black and silver as two of their colors) - when the Texans chose navy and red there were a ton of teams with those colors as well - Buffalo (now rebranded to royal and red), NY Giants, New England. Hell, even Tennessee has navy and red in their color scheme.
