Reed was good but we'll never know how good some of these receivers could have been.

That's hypothetical. In reality, Reed was the most dominant offensive player ever at LSU, at least in 2001.

While participating in a track meet for LSU, Cannon ran and 9.4 100 yard dash, and threw the shot put 54 ft. Dont attempt to tell me that he couldnt play in todays SEC, thats total bullshite. The way these guys train for football year around and have a great nutrition program, he would be as good as any, better than most. Many guys in 2015 with all the advantages couldnt put up those numbers. He was as dominant of an athlete as there has been at LSU.
