How do you pull up the map where you can actually pick your seats? All I see is the ability to have the system pick for you in a general area

I was trying to get southwest corner but everytime I pick south endzone it gives me east side

I can't get the map to pull up either. They can go pound sand if I'm not even able to pick which damn seat I sit in.

I believe the guy from ticket office said on the radio that they were not going to allow specific seat selection for the general public sale. Or, at least not to start so as to not bog down the system.
His explanation was people trying to select the same seat simultaneously could cause issues.

Got in at 6:05. Asked for best available. Got 2 in Section 304 Row 15. Fired up!

I just got two in 304 Row 53. I was worried about the site holding up initially since I had to queue in a virtual waiting room. However, it allowed me in and performed flawlessly!

Retry it - I was in lobby on my ipad from 5:50 to 6:10. Opened up my laptop and got right in at 6:10 - went back and forth for about 15 minutes trying to get best 5 tickets in the shade. Bought them and my ipad was still waiting in the lobby .
