Just read on a SC board that Columbia has a 6 PM-6AM curfew and a citywide boil advisory. The issue isn't necessarily damage to the venue, it's whether the city itself is in a condition to deal with an influx of visitors. If first responders are still dealing with the aftermath, and/or if there's no potable water, that's clearly a problem for the game..

I can see it changing Venues. Of the 2 possible new locations that I can thing of Atlanta and Charlotte, the Panthers have a bye week. Which means that if need be can be moved there. its a reasonable drive from Columbia to there.
The question for me is, how will my tickets be affected since I purchased them through StubHub

Watching weather channel right now. No way this game is played in Columbia on Saturday.

Im about 5 minutes from Williams Brice. Everything here is pretty much under water right now and doesn't look like its leaving anytime soon. I can keep you guys posted but as of now there no moving or going anywhere for the people here much less anyone trying to come in.

Atlanta or Charlotte?
Georgia State plays in the Georgia Dome on Saturday.
Carolina Panthers have a bye.
Georgia Tech plays at Clemson, so Georgia Tech's field is available.

Just saw where governor has declared weather emergency and interstates will begin shutting down in columbia

Charlotte would make more sense, with the Panthers having a bye week. If it's moved, it'll likely be moved to Charlotte before BR.

It looks bad. About 3 feet of water everwhere. Highways closed. Columbia is closed. It's on Fox News now. 3:00.

I would expect BR to be a last resort.
