basically you're arguing that UT should have hired a laid back coach to try and replicate mack's 6-8 win regular seasons instead of trying to rebuild the program to attempt to reach higher peaks. that's just ridiculous

Texas looked pretty good, they had some terrible calls go against them. I saw improvement out of the team.

after the 2009 season, mack brown proceeded to go 30-21 over the next 4 years and 18-17 in the Big 12. That's not a sign of a system "working."
