Same thing happened to my dog. Tried all of the tricks listed. Took her to the vet, they put her on antibiotics and she started getting better the next day. Most vets are closed Sunday so you may not want to wait.

This is why all my dogs were outside dogs...

What did you forgive him for?

I would continue to treat her at home, maybe try Pepto, as long as she is not getting dehydrated or looking worse. As others have said some rice and chicken broth.
If not better by Monday AM then go to the Vet. Unless you're dog is deathly ill you don't want to call a Vet in after hours.
They rip you a second a-hole during regular hours, much less after hours.
How old and what breed of dog?

How is she acting? Does she seem to be in pain? I would worry about HGE. One of my dogs had it and we couldn't believe she survived it. Take your dog to the vet.

HGE
This. My dog was really lethargic and had bloody diarrhea. We wound up having to use the emergency vet and his body temp was so low they didn't know if he would have otherwise made it through the night. Wound up spending several days on IV at the regular vet. I learned that HGE is survivable if they can make it through the first 48 hours. If there is any blood, lethargy or your dog isnt drinking anything take him in ASAP.

I decided to bring my girl to the vet this morning, since they would be closed tomorrow.
Diagnosed with Gastritis. Injected fluids (looks like a camel back right now) as she was slightly dehydrated and Cerenia injection. Gave a prescription for Metronidazole and Royal Canin GI food (she can't eat today, must wait until tomorrow) and Pro-Pectalin.
And here's my sick girl ... almost 7 months old and weighs 51 lbs.

You'll be glad you brought her to your regular vet. I'm glad emergency vets exist but they are like three times the price of the regular one.

I really like and trust our vet. Close and convenient, all while being very knowledgeable, friendly and patient.
