Agree with all of the above. I download and listen to the Steve Czaban Podcast (Yahoo Sports Radio) every day. Funniest sports show on the radio by a mile. 100% Non-PC, and does not kowtow/kiss arse like every single ESPN "personality." Seriously, check him out.

Apparently though Gerry V is successful enough to where WJBO in Baton Rouge dumped their morning show in place of Gerry V. So now he's on WRNO and WJBO.

There was a time in the not-too-far past where I would say WWL Radio was one of the best local radio stations in the country and WWL TV was one of the best local tv stations in the country.
Both have taken a tremendous hit since Katrina.
Morning drive is terrible. W&J are an angry shell of what they once were. Evening drive I listen to Michael Berry, just because at least he is a bit entertaining, even though the hate is strong with him.
I understand moving T-Bob to nights is probably best for the station and best for his career, but there is really no good option in the mornings that is local, and Mike and Mike is hard to get reception at times.
T-Bob is the only consistent host that I can listen to. Garic is terrible. Drunk Bobby and Deke are terrible. Tommy Tucker is a strange little man. Garland has no credibility whatsoever. Scoot can be hot and cold.
I've said for years they should give Dave Cohen an everyday show not at 5 am.
Gerry V is beyond awful. WBOK is a bunch of racists. The guy on 990 in the morning is a dumpster fire.
It would be nice if we could one day have a legit local sports station.

I tune in every morning to tucker. The best part is being able to text in and rip him apart.
eta: I can recall awhile back a good many of us called in one morning starting a kinds of shite. Even got him to do a shoutout to TD.

Nothing sounds creepier than being asked to climb in the think tank with Garland. Why they continue to advertise this show this way baffles me.
