Yeah I still can't figure that one out. Could you imagine being at some biker function, a fight breaks out, and some dude starts slinging his wallet around like some old lady with her purse? Hell, I'll bet if someone did this the fight would end because everyone would be rolling on the floor laughing their asses off.

First they came for the Bikers and I did not speak out because I wasn't a Biker.
Then they came for me...
Or so the poem goes. People need to wake up. The government is out of control. They will not stop coming after people in this country. It is a beast that must eat.

Police tried to have the meeting canceled weeks ahead of time.
I know..I know...freedom to associate. I just find it funny several of the people arrested "just happened to have bought their guns" a short time before the "meeting"

So, you think it is ok for cops to just shoot not knowing where they are shooting and what they are shooting at? Just as long as they shoot?
Good grief!
Imagine you and your wife are at something like Mardi Gras. You're standing there watching the parade when over to one side a fight breaks out and someone pulls a gun and shoots the other guy. I guess tgrbaitn08 would be fine at that point for the cops to just open up on the whole crowd and start mowing people down.... really "serve and protect" the living shite out of everyone.

Here is something I am a little confused about: all of these bikers knew the cops were there and heavily armed watching them? Yet they still couldn't refrain from getting violent and shooting at each other?

Prosecutors said they have footage of Cossacks executing Banditos and Banditos executing Cossacks. Do you believe the prosecutors?

That's one of the biggest things I've not really understood about any of this. As a general rule, disputes between clubs are dealt with away from the public, and certainly not when surrounded by cops.
And one more thing that makes no sense. The cops claim they opened fire when the bikers turned and opened fire on them. Now does that make sense to you? If you were a biker in a big fight with another club that's trying to kill you, would you all of a sudden just turn and open fire on all these cops who not only have you surrounded, but also completely outgun you by a wide margin. These bikers were on their motorcycles. Even the ones who were armed only had pistols on them. So we're supposed to believe that in the middle of a gunfight with other bikers they just turn and start shooting at cops armed like this....
Really? This is what they expect the public to believe?!? I guess all the bikers out there were suicidal.

Yes. In a city of 130,000 people, one of the Waco PD detectives that was in the middle of the whole investigation and interviewing of the bikers just "randomly" happens to be not only selected for the Grand Jury over the Waco biker cases, but to also serve as it's foreman. If you believe that detective heading that grand jury is really "random", I've got a bridge to sell you.

I believe the autopsy reports....

While they do not authoritatively state any judgment on to exactly what type of bullets from what type of gun did the killings—important to discover how many of the deaths and woundings were caused by police themselves as opposed to out of control feuding bikers—the Aging Rebel web site sums up what they don’t tell us:
They do not….disprove the notion that all, or at least most of the dead men were killed by police using M-16s and FN P90 machine guns.
Thirteen of sixteen entrance wounds were .25 inches in diameter or smaller.
FN P90s fire a round with a diameter of .224409 inches. M-16s fire slightly smaller rounds with diameters of 0.218898 inches. All but one of the victims had wounds fired from a downward trajectory. Six of the nine dead had head or neck wounds. None of the wounds contained gunshot residue which indicates that the shots were fired from at least three feet away and probably five feet or farther away. The absence of residue casts doubt on claims by prosecutors of “Bandidos executing Cossacks, and Cossacks executing Bandidos.” Two of the dead had large wounds consistent with a 12 gauge shotgun slug. Ten of 16 wounds were in the back, indicating that the victims were running away when they died. Seven of the wounds were fired from right to left. Six were fired from left to right.
Nine millimeter bullets have a diameter of 0.35433 inches; forty caliber handguns fire a bullet that is four tenths of an inch in diameter and 357 magnums fire rounds that are about .357 inches in diameter…
Most of the recovered bullets were either highly deformed or fragmented which indicates they were fired by high velocity …..
Most police ammunition in the United States is designed to penetrate a human body to a depth of 12 inches and for that reason that ammunition is usually copper jacketed. Most of the bullets that killed at the Twin Peaks were copper jacketed….

Does not rule out shite. You can be executed from beyond 5 ft.
Do you believe the prosecutors when they claim Cossacks were jumping rails to enter the patio where the shooting was believe to have started?

Go look at the crime scene photos and also read the first hand accounts of the fight in the parking lot. All the bikers in this fight were within a couple feet of one another.
Also look at the bullet wounds of those killed. The wounds don't match pistol rounds which is what the bikers would have been armed with. Insteadost wound match either an M4 or P90. Only the cops had those type weapons at Twin Peaks.

No I don't. The AP reported Twin Peaks own video system shows only one guy on the patio with a gun and he was not entering the patio, he was leaving the patio going to the parking lot. There was no fight inside Twin Peaks or on the patio. The fighting was only in the parking lot.

So you're in a fight where some guy is trying to kill you and you just turn and open fire on cops that both surround and totally outgun you?!? Where's the logic in that??

Yes a lot of innocent unarmed people were shot and some killed, however thats collateral damage and I dont feel one bit of sorry for them.
Wow. I hope you experience collateral damage very soon. Pure trash. Un-american trash.

That's a bullshite cop out and you know it. I've been around bikers for years and while many are crazy and many are dumb, we don't tend to be stupid or suicidal. If you're faced with someone trying to kill you, you don't just turn from them and start shooting cops who you know will cut you down before you can even get off more than a couple shots. What you're saying is tantamount to saying these bikers all committed "suicide by cop".

I agree 100%. Arrest the ones doing it and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. But that's not what happened here. Instead the cops opened fire on a crowd of people, most of them unarmed and not involved in any fight and just started mowing everyone down. They followed that up by a wholesale roundup of every biker in the general area, the vast majority of which had nothing to do with any of it. Are you telling me you're alright with all this?
And do you still really believe the bikers stopped their fight and turned their guns on the cops? Do you really believe this?
