You know the one near the AP / EBRP line. How may square feet do you all think it is? How much is is costing or the market price?

I have no idea on the square footage. But I am guessing it's about $5 million? But that's really just a guess.

I'd say about $200K. It's near BR, after all.

It's not my house, so I don't have pics. ANyone who passes it knows which house it is. It's, by far, the largest I've seen in BTR

It's horrendous. Terrible new view from the 17th tee box.

It's almost as if the client requested as much gingerbread garbage as the roof could hold.

One of the contractors killed himself one morning in his truck a few months ago. It was someone posting here's step father.

I was told it is around 14,000 sf. Not sure if that is under roof or conditioned space. The property was bought for around 1.3 million. No idea on house cost since all I see is the envelope.

Location matters. We aren't talking a place near a beach, or without taken scenery, or any view, or near a major city. Just BR. $200K is generous.

That's it. ANd the first pic does not even capture the whole damn thing. It might be showing about 2/3 of how wide it is.
Certainly does not show how deep it is. But that's it.

You're guessing that it's 5 million square feet?

They better keep it forever. There isn't much of a resale market of those type of homes in BR

By all sorts, you mean a lot on one street in CCLA.

And No, it isn't still happening.
