He still was in on way more plays than Hillman and is better in pass protection. So we shall see. But I am not starting him next week.
I think CJ/Hillman are in my Alshon Jeffrey boat: I'm going sit them until they look the part again.

CJ could still be a productive back this year but it was absolutely stupid to draft him in the first round as a lot did. You don't gamble like that with that pick. He is the definition of a system RB, you had Ball last year as a caution, yet people still did it. This post was edited on 9/17 at 9:37 pm
Yeah I agree bud. I was scared he might be the next system RB under kubiak like Terrell Davis, or mike Anderson or Reuben droughns or orlandis Gary or Steve slaton or justin forsett. I hope he doesn't turn into any of those guys and is not just a system RB.

Who's the guy on here that wouldn't predict CJ stats?
You defended your shitty team in the other thread because of "injuries" and it's "only one week"
Now you're going to act like you made a right call on a guy who's injured playing on a short week

Damn I thought you would be better than that. Can't even give credit where credit is due.

Also CJ put up similar bad games last year where he rushed for a very low YPC. I think he is over hyped and was taken way to early in the drafts. My buddy took M Ball last year in the 2nd ( I think) and then took CJ this year I got Hillman late in the draft.

Hillman was dropped in the league I have CJ in, and I picked him up. All is well.

This. But careful, some will come along and point out that CJ dominated snaps last year in the 6 games he played compared to the 3 that hillman played.
And tzimme, you can't claim shite on this one. They asked you to back up your prediction and you never would come back and prove why. You can't just say a player is going to be a bust and then never come back to eat crow if otherwise (RE: Kadeem Carey WITH CONFIDENCE thread). I had a bad feeling about CJ this year before the season started and didn't draft him... I didn't come here and proclaim FF greatness. SO, try again...or maybe don't

exactly why he's not an every down back. He's 5-8 200lbs soaking wet.
I still think Anderson will be fine. Balt will ended up with a really good run defense, as will Kansas City. He'll have extra rest to nurse this injury and should come out ok.
I dont think Hillman and his 3.6 YPC is stealing his job at this moment.

CJA's 2.3ypc says Hi!

It's stupid y'all are arguing over which RB will be better. They both will be shite if the O-line play is as horrendous as it is now. They have to gel and get the zone blocking scheme going in full force
Posted on 9/18/15 at 10:51 am to GynoSandberg
I agree 100 perc. Horrible O-line shown in both weeks. But, on the bright side the broncos schedule looks fairly easy for next few wks going forward. They play the Lions and Vikings next. Keep CJ in he'll bounce back. He won me the championship last yr!

who got all the snaps on that final drive again?
Posted on 9/18/15 at 11:03 am to BilJ
Anderson got 42 on a "pitch count"
Hillman 31
Hillman 31
