To hunt the Texas side you must have a TX license and stamp and the same goes for LA. I have hunted both for 20+ years and always had both.
I was on the lake all weekend. I drove around and saw 8-12 bwt total Friday so I slept in. I heard 8 shots Saturday morning and zero Sunday. I am on North end LA side, you?

I think the state's have a reciprocal agreement. You must posses whichever states license you land your boat in. Now if you are duck hunting and it's closed in La but open in TX, you damn well better have a TX license.
