Is there a gumbo calculator similar to the Jambalaya one?

I've only ever made gumbo in 3 gallon batches, in my own pot, and I know the sweet spots on all the ingredients. I've been cooking it for years.

I got asked to make a 5 gallon batch in another person's pot, and I'm worried I'll screw up the ratio.

1) is there an easy way to calculate this other than sitting down with a pen and paper and a calculator, or 2) does anyone have a gumbo recipe for a 5 gallon magnalite?

I usually take a Prudhomme recipe and extrapolate the volumes I need.

I've been wanting to make my own gumbo from scratch for about a year now and will give it a go this fall. Who can point me in the direction of a great recipe (must be chicken and sausage as my wife is allergic to shellfish - her only flaw).
