If I was Conan, I'd be on the phone with my agent. Be first in line when end this shite show. There is so much wrong with the format, I don't know where to start.

People have been giving me down votes for this previously, but it's going to take about a year in order for Colbert to figure out what the right balance is. The only person who got it right from the start was Letterman, and that's it. Kimmel, Conan, and Ferguson all bombed their first year. Colbert's character just isn't going to work for this, but I think he still wants to play into his comfort zone with the Colbert character. Give Colbert a year (which they didn't give Conan) and he'll be much better.
