He's probably around my age or older. Again, I was in elementary school from 1987-1993. It wasn't so "giggle giggle oh what does this mean" term then.

What the frick are you talking about at this point? You are making the bold assumption that every nine year old knows everything his dad knows? I haven't said that word in years, and I haven't heard it in probably as long. My son will most definitely have to hear it in school or on the playground. If he heard about the UNCF in school, why wouldn't he ask the difference there?

I didn't see you at the last EWPA (Every White Person Anywhere) meeting. Did you get the new memo?

Why don't you calm down.

I'm making the assumption that most children, generally, are reflections of their home environments. I have some bias here based upon some familial associations.

I don't have children yet, but my two nieces are biracial, and they never randomly show up (I went home for labor day) asking me about the use of "negro" or "white folks" or "Hindus" or papists or "Hebrews" whatever other antiquated equivalents might arise. And I don't think my brother and sister-in-law are parents of the decade in that area.

Sell that to someone else who reads the OT. I don't have enough cares to give. I've a hard enough time believing that many who claim to be parents aren't virgins.
