Other than it being phased out of being PC, what's the difference between Negro and Black?

If you cite era of use, why is People of Color acceptable again?

Honestly, no. I believe in an element of "touch" that civilized men naturally develop as they navigate the world. It allows us to understand dress codes, reservations, the difference in church, a formal dinner, and a football game. Drunk wives vs. pregnant wives vs angry divorcees. Etc. We tailor for audiences. It's not. that. hard.
