Are these termites?

If so are they the kind I should be worried about or just a swarm that passes through. This is in my outdoor kitchen, which has all cypress beams and metal, but cedar siding on the house.

Looks like ants to me. I think I see the elbowed antenae on one

It's kinda hard to tell from the pictures but they look like ants. Ants will have segments that make them look like they have a waistline.

I had something similar.
Had my bug man look at them.
He said if the body is segmented, it's an ant.
Termite body is a one piece design.
Mine were ants.

First and third pic look like ants. The middle pick is hard to tell. It is kind of late in the year for swarms.
If it's just one or two not a big deal. If you start to find hundreds you should call someone.
