Lol Hell no. Rent downtown is $1200+. I pay $660 for almost 1100 Sq ft. Plus there is an HOA so they keep everything decent. Only bad thing is the military base where they are making the new F-35s. They test those bad boys every minute. Annoying at times but I love the sound of freedom

Where?! I pay $650 for a one bedroom 600 square foot apartment. Probably going to move downtown once this fricking lease is ran out, but still looking around.

West Fort Worth (Ridgmar area) about a mile from the Carswell Joint Reserve base. The Zillow app might be your best friend. That's how I found my place.

ahhh gotcha, that would be a little too far from work for me. Although, I tend to find myself out there at a metal bar on the weekend occasionally. I work in the Alliance area and that commute would be terrible. I'm in NRH.

Dude any commute to Alliance is terrible right now. That construction on 35 is horrendous. But yeah use the Zillow app you should find some great places in Keller, Roanoke.

No shite. It's absolutely terrible no matter if it's 5 am or 2pm. Keller and Roanoke are a little too far out of the way for the wife and I, because we're always going downtown or to W. 7th to do something. We're currently looking at places downtown that aren't owned by the Sundance Group. There's a pretty significant price gap between Sundance and everyone else.

Oh I see. W. 7th is awesome. Smaller than Uptown in Dallas and without all the traffic and nonsense.
I wouldn't sleep on Keller, at least towards beach. It would sort of be the same distance to downtown as it would be in NRH. Keller is blossoming into the new Arlington. I was actually going to live off of Golden Triangle until I found this awesome spot. But good luck hunting!
