I disagree. Those names indicate that the parents are morons, but the kids wont be tortured all of their lives over it.

Imagine the chaos when I had to call roll for the first time in the inner city of New Orleans.(I will slightly change the names to protect the identity of the innocent kids with idiots mom.

Verazanna ( it's a bridge name in another state. She was a gorgeous red haired ,freckled girl who was actually black. Such a gorgeous and cute kid).
Many names were spelling in ways that defied phonetics and parents and children alike were annoyed that I mispronounced them
