Though reluctant for a black Bond, I know it will happen sooner or later. Knowing that, I hope for the best black actor for the role, which is Idris Elba.

I seriously doubt it. The brits are far more racist than people give them credit for and Bond is a national treasure. If he's black, there will be riots.

Hypothetically -is it really any better, socially or whatnot, to have a black Bond just for the sake of having a black Bond? It would be obvious pandering. Not necessarily talking about Elba.
