He should check his facts better. I was at the PMAC for 3 days after Katrina and we had plenty of doctors volunteering, so many at some points we had to work out a schedule for them to come back at other times, trying to ensure coverage 24 hours a day. I was putting this plan into action the first day, then FEMA came in and changed everything.
