I think you don't understand how to read data. Clearly broken down per 100,000 to accurately compare differing populations.
You can argue why, but at least know how to interpret data.

This is moronic.
They broke it down per 100k people.
I don't really have a solid, informed opinion on this topic, but at least I can read statistics properly.
