RDJ was on the back end of his career before Iron Man; he was like Charlie Sheen basically. Chris Evans was sort of known, but not marquee before Cap. Chris Hemsworth was basically unknown before Thor.

These would be big roles, that could elevate careers. They could take good unknowns with the right chemistry.
