Heyman says Braves will try to trade Julio in the offseason. Don't want to be on the hook for that guaranteed money in 2017 and beyond.

It's funny how much things change in a year. I am completely fine with that. Move his arse.

They have the fewest amount of strikeouts in the NL.
Also the second fewest runs scored.

And averaging more runs than the team did last year. Pretty sad.

It really is. Tons of bad hitters getting way too many ABs both years. This year's bad players just put the ball in play a ton more.
Freeman, Upton, Heyward and Gattis were above league average last year but 2B, 3B, CF and the bench were all time terrible.
This year you've had one less solid regular (Freeman, Markakis, AJP) but you've gotten a ton more from 3B (Uribe and Garcia) and CF (Maybin) and the rest of the below average hitters have been much closer to average than last year.
I think it's going to be close, but this team should definitely stay ahead especially if Olivera and Freeman get back healthy.

Which to me, really shows just how fricking terrible Fredi is. If you have essentially a "band of misfits" playing at the level or potentially better than an "All-Star" team of last year, then he is not doing something right and is just more fuel to the fire of letting him go after next year.
