. But whoever Glaudi is should be prosecuted.
His investigation of a police shooting, led to the police officer pleading guilty and serving time. That's now criminal?

So we got rid of a drug dealer and a crooked cop? WIN WIN!

No, information that came out afterwards, such as gun residue led to the plea FOR manslaughter.
He flat out lied in his investigation. so yes, that is criminal.

By all accounts Allen was not a dealer. Could have been, maybe? He was never listed as a suspect as a dealer and no marijuana was found on him, or even in his room. It was found on others.

Oh okay well maybe I need to read the entire article. I doubt he was doing zero wrong and had the cops break his door down and shoot him. I have never and will never have the cops break my door down I can guarantee you that cause I don't do bad shite.

Which is an option afforded to lots of people on trial, even murderers. You have a problem with that? Maybe we should take away all rights of every citizen accused of a crime.

I think he's focusing on the cop who's not in prison and still on the force but tried to obstruct the investigation. I mean, he's said that a few times already so I don't know why you're confused.

In a just world this pig would be violently raped constantly every single day behind bars before a painful, slow death days from release.
Just my 2 cents.
Just my 2 cents.

No, he's not in prison. The person whom the article is about is still on the force. You might want to read the article before spouting off ignorantly.

He did not go to trial. You missed the point of the article. And yes he had that right. Any fool would have taken it.

Don't count on it. Cops do 20,000 no-knock raids yearly. No-knock raids account for 80% of SWAT team's functions so it's more like a military operation than a police action. There are plenty of botched raids (wrong address, wrong information, injury or death (accidental or intentional) to both police and civilians. And it's not just criminals profiting from crime. Incarceration is a very lucrative business in America.
Besides, I wouldn't worry about Bruce Glaudi facing charges. He is/was a cast member on A&E's 'The First 48' cop show and even semi-famous people usually skate.

Honestly this is disgusting. Not only for the fact that the detective tried to cover it up, the fact that he wasn't charged as well as the officer who shot the guy, but also the fact that the officer who shot the guy only received 4 years for manslaughter smh
