Is this a joke? $200/ft is NOTHING for a home in a metropolitan area (other than Detroit).

They aint making no more real estate in NOLA, brah. Location, location, location.......

The FQ is almost 500.00 a square foot and Uptown is getting close. People are buying million dollar properties Uptown and completely gutting them.
