This dipshit is apparently unaware that Law Enforcement's negligent / accidental discharge rate is no better, and perhaps worse, than that of the military.

You can excuse the military because it doesn't practice firearms training nearly as much as it used to, but LE really has no excuse.

Honore' proved himself to be no friend of the average American during Katrina. He sure loves himself some big government, for sure.
