I thought I heard on the radio that Brady's camp offered a one game settlement. Is that true?
Would seem to contradict his innocence stance if true.

They will have to craft a statement where he takes some responsibility without fully admitting everything. Maybe claiming the ball boys took his desire to have the balls reduced to the lowest legal standard too far, but his instructions lead them to do what they did and he should have been more clear. Something like that. I don't know.

He could've done that right after the Super Bowl. It seems simple, same way PED users say they used something that had a banned substance they didn't know about. Being ignorant is better than being a cheater.
He has lawyers that get paid a lot of money and they couldn't think to do that?

From Brady suit: "The purportedly independent Wells Report was edited by Pash, the NFL's General Counsel, before its public release."

That would be a massive blow, if true.

Settlement talks have come from both sides. By that logic, the NFL is contradicting Itself as well
The reports I've read have said the NFL offered a 2-3 game reduction for an apology and admittance and Brady's team offered something officially, likely only a fine

Again, how does Brady's cock taste?

It's even better the second time around. You really got me man. Goddamn it how do you think of such brilliant things to say.
ETA if I had to guess it probably tastes like Giselle's pussy
Why do you want to know what his dick tastes like so bad? That's gayer than if I had sucked his dick

How would the NFL be contradicting themselves? They'd still be punishing Brady for his alleged actions, regardless if it's 4 or 2 games.

The lawsuits are about whether the punishment is just and legal, not whether he did it or not.
Regardless, negotiations don't mean either sides are contradicting themselves. It's just what's necessary (and sometimes required) in situations like this. Neither side really wants a long dragged out court battle, but both are willing to go that far. A lot of the time settlement talks are required by the courtp

I'm beginning to think he's just honestly trying to find out how that mans dick taste and apparently thinks I have that knowledge.
I'm sorry I can't end your knowledge quest EastNastySwag. You sound like a real scholar

quote:Not exactly. The lawsuits are about whether the collective bargaining agreement was appropriately applied. Brady can't reargue the facts because he voluntarily, through the collective bargaining process, agreed to the binding arbitration.
The lawsuits are about whether the punishment is just and legal, not whether he did it or not.
The only thing the court will review is if the parties substantially conformed to their agreed upon process.

This is the closest thing the Jets have had to a superbowl in decades, so I'm not suprised

Here is a Wired.com link for all the idiots who are buying the bullshite coming from Roger Goodell and the NFL. For those of you who are too slow to go and read the whole article, destroying a cell phone does not destroy any evidence. It only destroys the device.
The idiots at ESPN should all be fired. Goodell should be fired.
